Who we are…

Gowan Heritage Farms is rooted in the same soil my grandparents tended. It is land that’s been part of our family for generations. Every seed we plant and every product we make is a way of continuing their legacy and honoring the connection between family, place, and the natural world.

My own journey toward this life began after being diagnosed with an autoimmune disease that forced me to slow down and reimagine what wellness meant. I began living more simply, growing closer to the earth, and discovering that natural living isn’t about being perfect, it’s about being intentional, compassionate, and aware.

I’m blessed with a wonderful life partner and a son who share in this adventure. Together, we care for our land with respect for biodiversity, native species, and sustainable traditions that help both people and the planet thrive.

At Gowan Heritage Farms, we believe natural living should be for everyone and not just a privilege for a few. Our goal is to make it accessible and approachable, whether that means offering heirloom seeds, locally grown products, or inspiration to start your own journey.

We’re not here to tell anyone how to live. We one want to share what we’ve learned, grow what we can, and make a small, good difference in the world.
